What was the challenge we faced?
A user can find Alternative Medicines, Remedies, and get online consultations if they have health problems on Dawakosh.com. 'Alternative Medicines' were listed on the website in an extensive manner. There were sections for ailments, categories, brands, and types of medicines, making navigation very easy.Still to be addressed are the list of products, the ease of navigation, and the purchasing concept. Using the 'Consult Our Experts' section of the web portal, a buyer could consult an expert live by paying a fee.
Introducing the Resolution
Based on the project requirements, the designers developed a theme design that displayed the medicine and required information in a clean, easy-to-navigate manner.The website allows admins to post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' section, and registered buyers can save those remedies in their accounts for future reference.
Creating the section 'Consult our Experts' was a major challenge. The client requested that a category be chosen by the buyer before a consultation could begin. He can then enter his information and pay the consultation fee to get more info started. A consultant can also be enrolled and specified by an admin. The admin will assign an expert to the booked consultations and schedule a meeting.
